Abstract

This study examines how Generation Z and millennials perceive different work arrangements: in-person, remote, and hybrid. Participants will complete a seven-part online survey featuring both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. The purpose of this research is to explore generational differences in workplace preferences to better anticipate future trends in the American workforce.
